Viruses/Trojans information -- from HYIPranks.com
1. Win32/Goldun.ia (One customer said he did not find anything when he ran Norton and McAfee anti-virus software, but he found the Win32/Goldun.ia Trojan when he used a software called 'Kaspersky')
2. T SPY_HAXDORY (A customer who was receiving the fake login confirmation page located a virus with Trend Micro Housecall identified as T SPY_HAXDORY. Removing this seemed to solve the problem without having to reinstall windows.)
3. TROJ_GOLDUN.DO which has a file named CPU.EXE found in the c:\windows directory. This was found with Trend Micro's PC-cillin.
4. cpu.exe (Aladinz.l Trojan) more information regarding this virus can be
found at http://www.auditmypc.com/process/cpu.asp . This is most dangerous trojan program for your E-Gold account! Do a search on your machine for cpu.exe file. If it is found - then your computer is infected and your E-Gold account is at danger! Please note that you should go to another computer and change your passphrase and DISABLE automation access for your E-Gold account and do NOT use the computer you have been using to access the account until are able to remove this software from your computer.
5. GDIWXP.DLL
6. pwsteal.trojan
Even if those viruses are not found on your PC, DISABLE AUTOMATION ACCESS TO YOUR E-GOLD ACOUNT ANYWAY!

NSFG - Move to BGC completed, with some profits
In the email update, it is stated that with the move to BGC, trading has been smooth, registering profit % of +3.63%, impressive for just the last week of June (where they resume trading).
I hope there are many more profits to come!

PTS: Nowdollar -- GOOD MOVE!
I have a quick announcement.
Starting Today, our Advertising Packages will no longer expire in 15 Days. During these summer months many of our Members are planning vacations, spending time with family, or just catching up on some much needed rest. Many of our Members have sent us support tickets stating they will be leaving for vacation and will not be able to surf. So we have made some changes in the way our Advertising Packs work.
When you Purchase Advertising. Your rebate will be paid for 15 Surf Days. That means you will be able to surf today, take tomorrow off, and then surf when you get back and not miss out. Instead of you package expiring in 15 days, you will have 15 surf days. You can now go on vacation and when you return home your account will be just like you left it.
I will break this down for you.
Your Advertising Package will not expire until you surf 15 days. You can surf 15 days strait, or surf every other day. It is up to you. There will be no more missed surf days because you forgot or just did not get to it that day. After you have surfed the 15th time ( once a day) your package will then expire.

PTS: News
Well, after much researching, at the moment, the winner = Nowdollar.
Admin has strong backing of businesses and for those who are already in or are contemplating to be in.
Please make your first few spends a big one, and then start withdrawing after a level that you feel would give you substantial profits.
I myself am going in at USD500 soon. Hoping to grow it to USD1500 within the next 2 weeks. (Remember the GOLDEN RULE!!! Never invest what you can't afford to lose, and pull out your principle as soon as you can! I know I'll be pulling out after I reach USD1,500)
As for Compactsurfing, true that several months ago, its going strong, and coincidentally, this month is the 3rd month that I'm in it. Now as you can see from their updates, CS is going down hard. I myself lost USD30+ with this one.
What the heck, luckily I did not put much in CS.
As for other programs, I have not dared to venture into them as much as I wanted to. No time to do the surfing as well.
By the way, I am getting a VMcard from Alien Trust, so I'm rejoining AT just for the sake of getting a VMcard, since I am already verified with them.
Tomorrow, I will update my Game Folio for a summary of what I am in now, so stay tuned.

NSFG - 24 June 06 Update
They have finally switched to the new broker properly.
Quote from the email update:
Ken and I are just very happy to be getting back to trading full time, and with BGC we are looking forward to very good times ahead for us all!!

Compact Surfing Update
=====================================================
Dear Compact Surfing Members,
I hope you will read this update closely, and consider
all that I say here carefully, with the understanding
that the Compact Network will be implementing further
changes in the coming weeks, but we are here to stay
for the long term as I have promised from the
beginning.
As of today, Friday, June 16, 2006, Compact Surfing
upgrades will be disabled. Allow me to clarify our
reasons for doing this, and our plans for the coming
weeks ahead:
1. The price of gold per ounce, as all of you know,
has dropped significantly in the past several weeks.
Because of this, the Egold funds in reserves that I
had to maintain for the operation of CS diminished in
value tremendously on a daily/weekly basis. There has
been a 15 to 20% drop in the value of gold in the past
several weeks, from above $700 an ounce in May to
around $570 as I write this. What this means is
that
most upgrade values that were sent to CS and held
online in order to provide the old trademark fast
payouts dropped in $$$ value while waiting to be paid
out. This has been occurring for weeks now. We
persisted, believing there would be a turn around with
the gold markets, that things would average out, but
to date, this has not happened.
Weve reevaluated the situation, and have decided now
to stop taking upgrades until such time as the gold
markets stabilize, we hope by mid-summer. We feel
this is best for both the company and our members
financially. Members have faced the same situation CS
has when their payments arrive to their accounts and
drop in value within hours what took several days to
build in profits has sometimes been diminished within
hours, sitting in members Egold accounts. In
accordance with this decision, the ability to upgrade
to CS accounts will be disabled today.
For those
who do not understand why drastic drops in
Egold might affect the reserves of a program designed
like CS, heres why. The 3 cashout requests per month
combined with the processing of requests every day of
the week, and 48 hour fast payment meant we had to
keep a majority of Network funds in reserve in Egold
rather than offline. 48 hours was not long enough to
move funds through exchangers online for payments or
offline for protection of capital, especially on
weekends when banks are closed. This is why, in our
last newsletter, we established the 7-business day
timeframe as being more realistic and manageable for
the future of CS, however, since that last update, we
have considered the situation further.
2. On June 9th, we processed nearly $500,000 USD in
cashout requests. I continued to use the remaining
funds left to pay as many requests as I could, and you can view a screenshot of all
payments sent here:
http://compactsurfing.com/first1.PNG
http://compactsurfing.com/second2.PNG
http://compactsurfing.com/third3.PNG
3660 payments were sent the last 2 days and each single sent was paid.
Moving Forward: We are going to do refunds for
members with pending requests, put the program on hold
and relaunch in the summer, when hopefully the gold
markets have stabilized and by which time I will have had
time to implement Compactpay with features available and
debit cards. All funds in my possession
less operation costs will be used for refunds. In
the coming weeks, the support staff will assist me in
this work. Members in profit will not receive
refunds. Those members not in profit will be returned
a percentage of their initial upgrade purchase
dependant upon the total available for distribution.
Earnings and referral commissions will be
deducted
from your pendings in our calculations. Please be
advised that I am doing this despite the fact that our
terms have always stipulated that upgrade purchases
are non-refundable.
assured that your funds are secure. I will announce
next week the procedure for how returns of
whatever you funded into your Compactpay accounts will
be executed. After the funds have been removed from
the system, during the next few weeks, the database
for Compact Pay will be inaccessible to members as my
programmers and I work to implement features which I
have not had the chance to dedicate time to. Please
be patient and I will update further regarding this in
the coming weeks. For those members who have made
recent Bank Wire Fundings, I cannot address those
until next week when the bank is open so please be
patient with this as well.
With that said, the
following actions will be taken in the
coming weeks. The Compact Network will be relaunched at the
end of August/early September and I have decided for now
that the following three sites will be the focus of my
time and resources: Compact Surfing, Compact Lottery,
and Compact Pay
A. Compact Surfing
1. Expect a new layout and design to the site. The site
will offer 14% daily for 9 days on your upgrade
purchases tentatively. Upgrade units will be $10 USD
each and the maximum member balance with active
upgrades will be $10,000 USD. Payout Timeframe:
Upgrades will become pending in your Cashout History
automatically upon expiration. They will be processed
within 7 business days following date of expiration. No
more having to request cashout. This setup is
perfectly clear on when members will be paid. In
addition, I will know exactly what is needed ready in
my online payment processor accounts each week
to
process payouts. As such, I can store the majority of
funds offline accordingly so that we are no longer at
the mercy of gold price fluctuations.
2. Compact forum will still be in place; possibly
changed to vbulletin format as I have received
feedback requesting this from members.
3. More details to be announced when available.
B. Compact Lottery
1. Expect a new layout and design to the site
2. No more purchasing tickets from cash balance; you
will be able to purchase directly from Egold and
tentatively Compactpay as well. Winners will be paid
within 5 business days following announcement of
weekly lucky numbers.
3. Cash prizes will be greater in amount, though the
number of winners will be less than the past track record
to allow for ease of management in distributing payment of
prizes. The amounts for Weekly prizes will be announced on
the site as well. Distribution of rewards still to
be determined
by the administrator.
C. Compact Pay
1. I will work in the coming weeks to develop
relationships with exchangers to bring on board to
offer funding/withdrawal options for Compact Pay that they
will handle individually and efficiently.
3. I welcome any member suggestions with regards to
implementing debit cards. Compact Debit Cards are
still planned, but due to the current situation, and
recent comments made by members regarding their wishes
for certain cards, I have cancelled our previous order
for cards. For those of you who prefer Cardoneplus
over Virtual Money, and vice versa, please contact
Nvus with your reasoning and he will forward me
details and I will make a final decision in the coming
weeks: cn_nvus@yahoo.com
4. The Shopping
Cart Interface will be made available
and upgrades/cashouts through CS via CompactPay will be
available as well to coincide with relaunch of CS.
Expect further announcements from me in the coming
days. The Compact Network is here to stay and we are
not going anywhere, I assure you all. After 3 months
of hard work and dedication I will not give up and I
ask that you do not give up on me now either. We have
faced obstacles beyond our control in the past several
weeks, but the above plan of action will allow us to
return, stronger than ever. Thank you all for your
continued support.
Sincerely Yours,

NSFG: Minor Update
We will see how the trading is going for this 2 weeks and the next month.
They haev switched their broker, and here's a market review update posted by Ken in Gold-Horizon.com (you need to be a recognised member to access that section)
Here's a summary of updates earlier: -
Posted: Sun May 21, 2006 11:42 pm Post subject: Current State of Play
At this time 3 applications have been made, one is already finalised and funded and will be tested this week live.
The other two should be up and sorted this week.
After discussions with the relative parties, Ken and I already have our favourite, and as long as they can do what they said they can do it will be a good choice......of course we are still going to test them and others.
As saying something, and doing something are two seperates things!
That is about it, not a whole lot going on as it is basically a lot of admin work.
I will now focus on answering the remainder of the statement emails I have received as I spent most of last week on the phone talking with people.
Enjoy your weekend and I will let you guys know more when it happens!
As always, if you have any questions etc please do send me an email or give me a bell and I will be happy to help..

Hi everyone,
I can imagine many of you are eager to hear news about the shift towards a new broker and when trading will resume. We are 99% sure that we will be going with a brokerage firm called BGC Partners. They are a seperate entity under Cantor Fitzgerald and will be able to serve us much much better than FXCM. I have traded on their platform for the last couple of weeks to learn all the bits and bolts and so far things have been going quite well.
Paul is on vacation this week and will be back this saturday. We expect to resume full trading in the second week in June. In the meantime, if you got any questions, I will try and assist you.

PTS : CS -- Update
=======================================================
Dear Compact Surfing Members,
This is an important update on the status of Compact Surfing. It clarifies what the future holds for the Compact Network, and how I plan to ensure that what we have built with our members in the past 3 months continues to grow and prosper.
I will be honest with all of you, recent events have given us cause for concern, and the steps we have taken this past week, and are about to take, are to ensure our security remains one of the best in the industry for both our Network, and for you our members.
For three months Compact Surfing, as all of you know, paid usually within 48 hours of cashout request. However, when payouts were processed so quickly, many members who attempted to contact support and have cashout requests stopped to egold accounts that were hacked were unable to do so in time, and as a result, their requests were paid out to hackers who ran off with their funds.
This has been a very serious issue for many members. I have had at least 10 support tickets sent every day for over a month relating to such hackings. The amount of member money lost to hackers is now in the tens of thousands of dollars, and it must be stopped. I did not create this program to feed the hackers. This business and program was created for the benefit of the members who have supported us and handed over their trust to us.
Then, several days ago, we had an even more serious issue to address. During our scheduled work on Compactpay, a situation arose that required our immediate attention. We had a hacker access the database through a vulnerability, and though he got no valuable information, and did not infiltrate anyone's money accounts, we dropped all else we were doing, and set about encrypting our database, among other things. You can view the email message that the hacker sent here: (POST IMAGE SCREENSHOT OF WHAT THE HACKER WROTE TO YOU, BLOCK OUT HIS EGOLD # SO HE DOES NOT GET ANGRY BUT YOU HAVE TO POST THE IMAGE TO SHOW YOUR PROOF ABOUT THIS)
In light of all the events above, I have now decided that CN will be implementing new additional security measures regarding hackings, and revamping our payment system accordingly to fit these measures. There will be a required step that all members must take before we continue on with our payouts. The changes we are implementing will allow members the needed to time to make their hacking reports, and will allow staff the needed time to stop payments to hackers, even during our busier times. The following are the changes that will be made, effective as of today:
1. As additional security, we ask that all members update their passwords on the Compactsurfing site at this time with a unique password you have never used anywhere on the internet before. You can do this by clicking on “Edit Account Details” after you log into your CS account. Then scroll down to where it says “Password Change.” Type in your current password in the field that says: “Your Password.” Then type in your “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” and click on “Save.” This is to ensure that if any of you have the same password with CS that you are using with other sites, or have used in sites you’ve been with in the past, that hackers do not have easy access to this information.
2. Official Payment Time Frame: Members may still hold multiple upgrades to a total of $10,000 USD. Members may still make 3 cashout requests per month. However, from here on forward, Compact Surfing will now make payments in 7 BUSINESS days following the date of your cashout request. That means you will no longer count Saturdays and Sundays as work days for the CS Payment Department, and you will be paid on the 7th business day after you make a request.
To clarify, if you make a payout request on a Monday, what day do you expect payment? Count: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday…. Monday of the next week is the day you are to expect payment. This new payment system applies to all current pending payments, and to all those in the future.
This will be the same time frame as 12dailypro established, for those of you who are familiar with that program. It will end all discussion of what day you are paid. It will allow my support staff and you, the members, ample time to contact us in the event that your payment processor account is hacked so that we can put your cashout requests on hold and prevent your funds from being paid to hackers. (To date, tens of thousands of dollars have been paid out to hackers, despite our efforts to prevent this, and we feel, changing our payment strategy will result in more profits for all involved.)
I will allow until this Friday, June 16th for members to change their account passwords and to review their account information in their back office for any other changes they may wish to make. I will then begin processing payments: all pending cashout requests made on the 6th and 7th of June will be paid next Monday. This will be in line with the new payment terms since, though I was ill last week for 2 days, I processed payments over the past weekend. Requests made on the 8th of June will be processed by the end of the day, this Monday, June 19th, and we will go from there.
Please go now and update your passwords and review your accounts. I will follow up with further updates during the week regarding the status of Compact Surfing and the rest of the Network sites,
Sincerely yours,
Luuk, Olivia, Nicholas and Staff

StormPay: What you should do for your 2nd Dispute?
- Highlight transactions in the representment they sent (use a highlighter not just underlining or circling so it will be clear.)-
- ALL unauthorized account modifications they made (everything you see that YOU DID NOT authorize - if this is applicable to you.) In order to support this, print all "money sent and money received" email Sp sent when you had the transactions before they suspended your account. The date in these emails are very important to assess the truthfulness of your claim.
- Most importantly the "your account is currently suspended" screenshot and highlighted for the UNWILLINGNESS of the merchant to provide service, which invalidates whatever funds they show in their fraudulent documents.
- Arbitration Fees of Us$500 -- Ususally compulsory
- If this is really the procedure of your bank then let them send you
signed letter requesting you to pay for the "purpose of filing for
arbitration which is refundable and will not be credited as payment
for the disputed amount"
- I would also suggest you try to get hold of VISA/MC office in your country (this is different from banks these are their country regional offices who coordnates with banks) and ask them if VISA/MC directly requires the cardholders to pay up from for arbitration fee.
- Make sure you talk to your dispute department and not just to any no-knowledge customer service.
- Assess if the amount they are asking you to pay is the amount of the dispute. If it is, then dont pay and ask visa/mc first.
- Ask your bank that you want it to be clear that you WANT a 2nd chargeback leading to arbitration if needed. Tell them you are exercising your right as per VISA/MC regulations to recover the funds stolen by stormpay charged to your card. You have the right to exercise that and the bank needs to help you.

The real story behind the collapse of 12 Dailypro
QUOTE(ladybird @ Mar 21 2006, 12:39 PM), from MMG forum
I have done a great deal of investigation into this, contacting many individuals by phone and email. I have spoken with the attorneys for the SEC, and the project manager from the Receiver's office. I have spoken with reporters and I have spoken with Charis herself, as well as her attorneys.
Here is what I have found out....
First and foremost no government agency, FBI, Attorney General, FTC, SEC or
any other entity requested Stormpay to freeze the account of 12dailypro or any
other autosurf sites. (I received a phone call from the Receiver's office and asked him that question) Stormpay says they froze the account because there was a third party investigation. and that 12dailypro appeared to them to be an "illegal ponzi"
Let's examine that statement. Stormpay (whose CEO is an attorney and who in fact themselves had been issued a Cease & Desist Order in 2003, for running an illegal ponzi) acted as a payment processor and took the funds of members of 12dailypro and numerous other autosurfs for several months (9 months in 12dailypro's case) charging outrageously high fees and then suddenly the end of January, after Charis requested a very large withdrawl of funds from the stormpay account, suddenly came to the conclusion that 12dailypro and many autosurfs were "ponzis" and froze the funds.
So why did Stormpay freeze 12dailypro's funds?
Here is what Charis Johnson told me:
I asked her why do you think stormpay froze the funds? She said because they did not have the money. I said so you don't believe that they had the funds and she
said I KNOW they did not have the money. Stormpay did not have all the money that was supposed to be in the 12dailypro stormpay account.
She said that she requested a very large withdrawl (several millions of dollars) of the 12dailypro funds from stormpay, so that she could make the payments to the many
members with EMO accounts.
The first thing John McConnell said was that the withdrawl would have to be by money wire. During this conversation McConnell said to her,
"You do realize that the funds are not represented by "real money, to which Charis replied "what do you mean not represented by "real money"? My members put "real money" into the stormpay 12dailypro account -- what happened to the "real money"?
McConnell apparently "toe danced" around the issue and never responded.
Charis then received a phone call saying that if 12dailypro was going to continue to use Stormpay as it's payment processor. --then it must become 12dailypro's exclusive payment processor and he offered to fly down to meet with Charis to discuss this further. The following day she was told she had 45 minutes to comply with making stormpay the excluive payment processor. Charis felt backed up against the wall but did agree to comply.
Two days later Stormpay froze the funds of 12dailypro and several other autosurf sites.
So how did the SEC become involved?
Here is what I have found out. Someone contacted Barry Minkow (ex-convict now self-appointed fraud investigator) in or around the middle of Dec. (I do not know for sure but there is some speculation that it was a former member of 12dailypro who had his account suspended by Charis for having multiple accounts and collecting referral fees in violation of the terms of service)
Minkow contacted Charis (but it was under different pretenses and at the time she had no idea who he was). Minkow also contacted Stormpay at that time.
Following the Utah incident and all the ensuing publicity there was a lot of attention from various government agencies on 12dailypro and stormpay. Most of the media kept the focus on 12dailypro. However most of the complaints received by the various agencies were about Stormpay. Charis Johnson and her attorneys were fully cooperating with all government agencies and the "heat" was being put on stormpay.
Stormpay, concerned that their house of cards was about to collapse, contacted Barry Minkow and said I want to cooperate with the SEC and the SEC, based soley on the information that they received from Stormpay and Barry Minkow filed a complaint in Los Angeles District Court against 12dailypro, alleging they were a "ponzi scheme".
The SEC then attempted to "ambush" 12dailypro without proper legal notice and it worked. Charis attorneys were completely blind-sided and advised Charis to sign the consent agreement with the SEC -- neither admitting or denying any of the allegations. The consent order was signed on Feb 24. The temporary order was in fact denied by the Judge in Los Angeles District Court, Feb 27.
However once the SEC went back to court with the signed Consent from 12dailypro the judge then signed the order.
All of the facts in the complaint came from John McConnell and Steve Girsky of Stormpay and Barry Minkow. (pretty one-sided, wouldn't you say), and that is soley what the SEC based their complaint on.
Charis never admitted to running a ponzi or that 95% of the returns were from other investor's money and she does not believe that her business was a "ponzi".
She told me herself that she did not believe that the SEC would have been able to prove that 12dailypro was a ponzi -- because it was not. I said so why did you not decide to fight the SEC. She said that her attorneys told her that it was too costly to litigate and would take too long, And because they had been unsuccessful in getting Stormpay to release the funds, this would be the best solution for everyone.
Charis' attorneys said by signing the consent with the SEC you are not admitting or denying any of the allegations.
Charis had no money for legal defense. The attorneys said just to be able to freeze the Stormpay account they would have to post a bond of over a million dollars. The attorneys said that this way there would be an accounting of all funds in the 12dailypro stormpay account and as many people as possible would get their refunds, which is what Charis wanted.
The 1.9 million that Charis had supposedly "skimmed" also not true, but something that Stormpay had told the SEC.
If Stormpay had truly been concerned that 12dailypro was a "ponzi" and froze the funds for that reason, then they should have followed procedure as paypal has been forced to do. Freeze the funds so no funds can be withdrawn from the account and then immediately demand that refunds be issued to the members, advising the owner of the frozen account of the procedure they must follow to refund all members.
As we all know this is not what Stormpay did.

My Game Folio
* Payout stats : Opinions about payouts.
The following are programs that I am currently into:
Paid-to-Surf (PTS)
- Now Dollar (HOT payer!) / Total stake here = $100
Update
Switching to Now Dollar from Compact Surfing, as it seems to be the next big / high payer! My 1st withdrawal of $45 is paid within 24 hours!
Planning my 2nd withdrawal request, we'll see when I get paid.
Might up my stake to $400 when the month end comes!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HYIP Type programs
-------------------------------------
Low Risk
NSFG Private Pooled Account - Not accepting new members (Info can be found in Gold-Horizons.com, private program restricted access) Please check out the NSFG section for performance report starting from February 2006. Performance reports prior to this are listed in my forum via Private: NSFG Forex Pooled Account which can only be viewed by registered and logged in members.
Total stake here: $300, looking to grow this to $500 within the next 3 months.
Payout Stats
Since its a long term program, I'm not expecting any withdrawal anytime soon, probably end of this year, I'll withdraw some.
--------------------------------------
High Risk
1) Pointsharextreme - On Trial (Hint: Its not conventional, you have to follow instructions explained to get your 10% discount and to indicate who your referral is. There is no referral url for this).
Total stake = $100 ($90 after discount) - wef 26.03.06.
17.04.06: They have removed referral commissions and came up with a new website. Its no longer known as Pointsharegold.com. Information regarding PSG will be edited to PSX and any new information regarding the new PSX interface will be updated in the PSX page as well as the PSX (PSG) section in my forum.
Payout Stats
17.04.06 : Still waiting for payment. I suggest spends to be on hold for this one. It seems to payout randomly. There are people who spend on 30.03.06, and got paid on 10.04.06. My 20th day will land on 15.04.06 which happens to be Easter for them, I'll have to email them shortly.
2) Trailerparkboyshyip.com - on trial
A conventional HYIP, but the admin is an honest chap, and the returns, I deem it as sustainable - 144% for 12 days.
I'm going in every 4 days with some spends...
Just do not be overconfident and overdo it... Remember to diversify!
Total Stake: $125 as at 31st May 06
Payout Stats
Delayed payout recently, advice not to get in.
===================================================================
I am still trying to work towards more diversification, but now its quite hard for me to do so due to insufficient funds.

HYIP Research Section Update (Portal)

EGoldSpinner ---> New Name, new lease of life!
So I won't mention the new name here, but just letting you guys know that on 21st, I've requested for a $700 withdrawal, and today received an email asking us to request a smaller $300(max) to test out their mass payment script.. However, there's issues (in the script) to be ironed out, I still cannot request that additional $300!!
In about a week's time, I will have to completely shut my mouth over the new EGS, as it is completely private!

Trailerparkboyshyip.com
I did join this hyip about 13 days ago with $20, and my earning of $28.80 was credited yesterday.
This is a hyip that offer 144% in 12 days.
I've requested for withdrawal, let's see when they'll pay me.
It seems a good one to be in so far, but personally I feel that 12 days is way too long to get the $ back, if you are just going to put a 1 time spend.
Why do I say that? Because you'll never know and will never be able to give your trust to any hyip admins out there once you get bitten by a few scam admins of Creative Traders, The Kleman's Group, ASCfin, and TingerInvest.
So my advice is, use this strategy of putting in $30 every 4 days, so when the cycle ends, you get paid every 4 days! This is call spreading the risks!!
Edit: 1st Withdrawal paid out within 24 hours... Take note they have a 5 % withdrawal fee. As Always, do you own research through forums first before investing.

EGS
Since their move to change to a dedicated server, things have not been moving on great. Major script issues, egold number injection attacks, unable to log in, and other issues have plagued the system, till it came to a point that Bob, the admin decided to close off the site till 20th May 2006, so that they can revamp the script with the help of a programmer.
And as far as I know, they have closed the membership numbers as well, and no new members would be able to join.
It seems so far from the updates that the site will be back online as per their schedule, excited yea? I hope no more disappointments....
Personal Note:
I have ordered their debit card, and I'm waiting to see if their account balance would tally with what I have in my EGS spreadsheet, and whether I will be able to see my pending withdrawals since the site is plagued with problems. *Pray hard.

NSFG - April/May 06 Returns
This is due to trading accidents in the sense that on the last day of April, big banks came in and trade the opposite, resulting in the earning for April being wiped out.
Quoted from Paul's email update:
Unfortunately at this exact time, the Large European Banks and Hedge Funds choose this moment to do a massive dollar sell off which totally reversed the market and lead to the last week of extreme dollar weakness.
May 06: -2.8%
Well those who are NSFG members should have received Paul's update about why May ended up a lost.
Essentially, its nothing to fret about, as this is expected due to stopping trades mid of the month, as they are changing to a better broker than FXCM, which for some reason couldn't manage NSFG's sizable orders properly and on time.
It is definitely changes for the better!

E-gold Security : Injection Attacks
This kind of attack is never new, it is always in existence for any financial online sites, not only PTS/HYIPs, but even Mastercard need to secure their site to prevent such attacks from happening.
Essentially, it is whereby the "Hacker" penetrated into the particular site's E-gold payment script and change the e-gold account number to his own. And unknowingly, users of the site send payments to the e-gold account number of the hacker and not the site owner's.

Top 10 Mistakes in HYIP Investing
1) Spend too much too soon
Do not be overanxious and plunge in full heartedly. Always make many test spends and don't, I repeat, don't put all your faith in one particular program.
Quote from the article:
After gaining more experience with HYIPs I realized that a single test spend isn't enough. Some HYIPs will pay you for small spends, but when it comes to real (larger) spends you won't see a cent of profit.
And you can't rely on rating sites feedback because sometime they get better treatment from HYIP admins!
So now a days I spend a little at a time gradually building my active balance.
2) Not testing the withdraw function
Remember once you invest in it, everytime its eligible for withdrawal.. go ahead and withdraw it out. Do not wait.
My own experience in Cashisgold4u.com is that: it seems a fine day with no major issues, and I thought oh well, do it like before wihtdraw 2 times a day. But I got caught, and I lost $50 seed money, and potential earnings of $150. I have 4 concurrent spends there, and I should have done my 2nd and 3rd withdrawal. At least try my luck....
Quote from the article:
If the withdraw function doesn't work at all, or your withdrawal is forever pending.
After I make my initial test spend with any HYIP I do a test withdrawal. I don't invest any more funds until the withdrawal is successful.
3) Focusing on one HYIP.
This is a deadly mistake as well. I've encountered it, and I know the pain. Remember try to diversify! Don't put all eggs into one basket. You should "Focus on the overall plan and not on individual HYIPs." I am trying to work towards having 10 programs like what the article suggest. We should build multiple income streams!
Quote from the article:
So taking this philosophy I would much prefer to have 10 programs paying me $100 each to a total of $1000 than having 2 programs paying me $500 each.
It would be even better to have 30 programs paying a little bit each.
4) Not getting your original spend back quickly
Golden rule of playing in HYIP, make sure you get back your original seed money, and don't invest new money after 2 weeks. Its dangerous! Play with profits!
Quote from the article:
A rule of thumb that I've heard thrown about is to withdraw your original investment as soon as possible then from there on keep half the profit and reinvest half.
5) Getting Greedy
Try not to be greedy and reinvest everything back in...
Greed kills.
My own experience taught me that, in order to survive here in ths risky hyip arena, always play with profits, and get back your seed money fast.
Do not assume that the program will go on paying without fail.
6) Doing what everyone else is doing
Quote from the article:
I've learnt to mix my program selection with some well known HYIPs and some more obscure (yet established) programs.
My ideal HYIP is one that isn't in the spotlight but has been paying successfully for a while (4 months or more).
7) Saving up for one big withdrawal
Always remember to make many small withdrawals and don't let it pend so that you could get a big one. That is a dangerous feat too, which I've encountered in Cashisgold4u.com
8) Investing without doing any research
Do your research by visiting all the forums, most of them listed on my home page.
Make it a habit to always research before you plunge in.
Here are some black lists you can look at: http://www.hyip-navigator.com/black.php
http://www.stochasticsoccer.com/kakarukeys
9) Investing big at the end of the year
This is a NO! NO! I myself encountered as such that after investing in December, the next month in January, the program closes without a glitch! Be cautious!
Quote from the article:
Let me take you back to the end of 2004 ... A hand full of solid HYIPs started to come out on top. More and more people invested big into these "safe, established, sure things". Including yours truly.
Things were looking good.
It wasn't until mid December that things started to fall apart, in a big way. One after one these established HYIPs started falling.
It's true that online marketing hits rock bottom around Christmas time. People don't have as much money to throw around. In fact, many people probably start withdrawing their HYIP profits around this time leading to a mini-HYIP-recession as it seems.
This is an established trend that seems to appear online year after year. I know I won't be making any big investments coming into December.
10) Not tracking your returns clearly
To play in this arena, where you have to diversify your efforts. Tracking of your returns plays a bit part of making sure you get every cent accounted for. And you will be able to get an overall picture of how your game folio fares - Whether is profit or losses.
Here are some of the main things that I track for each HYIP:
- Name
- Web Site Address
- Investment (amount invested from egold, etc)
- Worth (what's the current investment worth in this HYIP)
- Earnings (how much I've withdrawn from this HYIP into my own egold account, etc)
- Earning vs Investment ratio (what's my profit/loss)
- Projected profit for next month
- Any comments, interest rate, concerns, etc.
